On September 11, 2010 from 9:00am-10:30am, Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center is hosting a Pre-Race Workshop for all current and perspective Central Coast Cancer Challenge participants.

You will learn more about:

• Exercise and Stretching
• Breathing and Techniques
• Nutrition and Hydration
• Form, Pacing and Etiquette
• Strength, Endurance and Speed
• Proper Shoes and Race Gear
• How to Fix a Flat Tire
• Your Best Bike Fit
