Cycling Events

The Central Coast Cancer Challenge features three (3) cycling events for every level rider. The 22K is great for beginners, on a mostly flat course. The 50K and 100K are for intermediate to advanced cyclist and offer the beauty and challenge that San Luis Obispo’s rolling hills provide.

Family Fun 22K Ride $25.00/$22.50 with Team Discount (6 person minimum)
This is a 14-mile or so ride in San Luis Obispo, great for the family. We require that children be at least 12 years of age at the time of the event and accompanied by a parent.

50K Cycle $65.00/$58.50 with Team Discount (6 person minimum)
A 36-mile course that will take cyclists from Laguna Lake Park out into the Edna Valley of San Luis Obispo. One of the most beautiful valley’s on the central coast, cyclist will enjoy a ride  past vineyards and farm land, skirting the village of Arroyo Grande and then back to Laguna Lake Park. There are a few hills, but a perfect ride for all levels.

100K Ride $85.00/$76.50 with Team Discount (6 person minimum)
A 65-mile course takes riders through the Edna Valley into Arroyo Grande and on down to the Nipomo Mesa. On the return trip, cyclists will get to enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean as they wind there way back up through Oceano, Pismo Beach and Avila Beach before a back track to Laguna Lake Park. A great workout for intermediate to advanced cyclists.
